Cyber security, awareness, training and controls is a key area of focus within GWM business, operations and technology. The senior program manager will be responsible for the overall health of the cyber program globally for Citi Global Wealth Management.
To oversee delivery of Cyber security framework / program for Citi Global Wealth (CGW) across all CGW locations globally.
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage delivery of security related programs.
- Oversee project delivery, identifying project risks and issues, resolve conflicts, and manage escalations as necessary.
- Develop project charters and maintain project plans.
- Managing relationships with delivery stakeholders.
- Manage resource / budget requirements for several cyber projects as necessary.
- Ensure specific CGW cyber security business needs are understood and met by group projects and business value is delivered.
- Create a global CGW Cyber Crisis Framework and embed in to BAU processes
- Develop a CGW client outreach program to educate clients on Cyber Risks
- Operationalize CGW Cyber Crisis response structure globally
- Ensure delivery to agreed plans facilitating activity between group and business teams.
- Adhere to Execution Risk Governance Standards and Group Change control and governance standards, recording and reporting data in the right way
- Development of policies and procedures in partnership with CGW business, detailing implications of Security control implementations which will allow for an evaluation of client experience and decision process.
- Joint delivery with CGW Business of Global CGW Cyber Security Playbooks to improve cyber readiness and Security exercises to assess and improve incident response.
- Monitoring of security incidents, issues and vulnerabilities ensuring action plans to implement appropriate mitigations and improvements, to guarantee safety for CGW Clients
Essential Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Cyber security, threat landscape area in large financial institutions
- Knowledge and experience writing & publishing cyber security playbooks adhering to Citi Cyber standards
- Understanding business impact of Cyber threats / risks. Knowledge of Cyber risk mitigation techniques
- Experience creating a Cyber security strategy for large financial institutions
- Experience in create cyber security use cases, publishing and organizing training for stakeholders
- Experience conducting Cyber security testing exercises, simulating cyber-attack threats engaging appropriate technology and business stakeholders and then documenting results
- Creating and implement appropriate cyber KPI’s / dashboards for senior management
- Proven experience leading complex delivery programs in a matrix environment
- Natural curiosity and/or work experience in cyber security change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Flexible and hands-on, driven approach to land projects in sometimes challenging circumstances
- Plan & conduct internal cyber readiness and tabletop exercises with business, operations and technology stakeholders
- Work closely & align with PBMW fraud prevention teams
- Participate & support planning of Citi-wide / Regional planned cyber exercises and proactive support key stakeholders during the "no-notice" cyber exercises
- Plan, organize and provide cyber education and training to internal and external stakeholders
- Raise cyber awareness across all stakeholders
Qualifications/Skills
- Project / Program Management certifications such as PMI or Prince or Agile (Scrum)
- Extensive cyber and related risk management experience
- Strong knowledge of program / project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum/Agile.
- Strong Knowledge of data management platforms and tools.
- 10+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- 10+ years of experience with full project lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
- Adequate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
