Technical Manager at RackspaceShift : EMEAExperience : 14 to 18 yrs Role and Responsbilities :• Managing Technical Team of Tech Lead Engineers supporting SaaS, PaaS and CaaS. • Built Go to Market Teams in India to support EMEA Go to Market India Business. • Initiated various Operational Programs to setup the GTM teams in India. • Conversating with the customers for escalations and providing them the cost-effective solutions through various engagements. • Managing Cross Functional teams supporting Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. • Responsible for creating processes, resolving bottlenecks. • Initiated Cloud Transformation Projects from the UK to India to accomplish revenue targets. • Preparing Dashboards and reports for Executive Leadership to review Operational reviews. • Partnering with various teams to have good coordination and communication among cross functional teams. • Responsible for building strong relationship with stakeholders. • Holding vast experience in large distributed systems comprising server integrations, migrations and disaster recovery solutions. • Responsible for Coaching the team in Agile manner. • Responsible for setting Qualitative and Quantitative Metrics for the teams. • Delivery of optimal customer service – Fanatical Experience • Setting team targets and managing/monitoring performance using agile performance methodologies. • Maintaining a self-motivated, engaged and good quality delivering team. • To create close working relationships with leadership teams globally.About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
