Technical Consultant for an expanding data security company

With the opportunity to grow, you can gradually specialize in project and customer success management, onboarding newcomers, or product e-learning platform.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN SAFETICA
  • Resolve product issues and requests raised by customers/partners.
  • Implement, manage, and analyze Safetica product according to the requirements of our customers.
  • Train customers/partners by sharing the technical knowledge and expertise of Safetica.
  • Collaborate with departments (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to align the product with various aspects of our business.
  • Participate in cross-team or internal company key projects such as implementation of AI ChatBot for knowledgebase or creation of training materials for e-learning portal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Technical Support agenda.
  • English language proficiency at the B2/C1 level.
  • Proficiency in common IT systems, operating systems, and tools, such as CRMs, MS Windows, and M365. Terms such as AD, DNS, and IIS are familiar to you.
  • User knowledge of MS SQL Studio - management of permissions, SQL database load, analysis, browsing/searching, and editing basic data in tables.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated personality with the ability to bring new ideas/improvements.
