What might your day look like with us?

    • Supporting our Consulting business unit nationally, managing the end to end recruitment process.
    • Providing insights, direction and recommendations on how to best engage and approach local and international talent for your respective Business Unit(s) and ensuring that priorities are being met.
    • Playing an integral part in building upon an existing culture of inclusion, integrity, respect and support for our team
    • Adopting and continuously improving our recruitment processes in respect to our initiatives such as diversity & inclusion, mobility, digital adoption and recruitment best practice
    • Playing an active role in relationship management internally and externally, with agency vendors.
    • Helping with or taking ownership of specific projects for the Talent Acquisition Team

Enough about us, let’s talk about you: You have

    • At least 2 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Recruitment Consultant or similar role within a professional services, consulting or agency/RPO industry.
    • Experience recruiting for technology, cyber security, consulting or professional services
    • An understanding of the full internal recruitment value chain
    • Experience of using an ATS to engage with candidates (We use Lever ATS so experience of this is a big plus, but we will teach).
    • A passion for finding that niche candidate, and exceptional sourcing skills
    • Excellent written and spoken English language skills. You are an open and credible communicator and networker with the ability to quickly to establish rapport with people at all levels.
    • An inquisitive nature - you’re always looking for opportunities to learn, innovate and adapt, but also looking to share your knowledge
    • A reputation as a self-starter with good administrative and organisational skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
