In this role you will hunt and manage strategic partnerships with some of Acronis's largest partners who comprise of Telecommunication companies and Managed Service Providers and will take our engagement with them to the next Level. In essence we are looking for a highly strategic “Born in the Cloud” Sales person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Make a territory analysis and planning for Greater China Region (GCR) to identify top potential partners, current resellers and prospects, including larger system integrators in Greater China Region (GCR)
  • Activate and enable existing and new top partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs focused on Cyber Cloud and Subscription sales
  • Build solid business plans with managed partners focused on upsell \ cross sell initiatives and ARR growth
  • Make partners sell Acronis services to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partner
  • Train new partners with existing and new products
  • Develop relationship with key decision makers on partner side
  • Support new partners on daily basis on business and technology development
  • Engage Acronis presales and Technical support teams as required
  • KPIs: Cloud ARR growth from managed partners, subscription sales targets attainment

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Equivalent industry experience
  • Channel sales/ Partner account manager/ Channel development position within a software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industry
  • In depth channel and field sales experience with understanding of cloud market business model and GCR IT landscape
  • Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
