Job Profile: Sr Peoplesoft Technical Consultant -INWork Location: Any (Remote)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with minimum 7-10 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, upgrading & supporting PeopleSoft Applications.Minimum of 6-7 or more years relevant hands-on experience PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM.Strong grasp of PeopleSoft principles, with skills transferable across the HCM/FSCM/Campus Solution applications.Deep working knowledge and understanding of support business processes.Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of PeopleSoft applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues.Work closely with end users on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.Replicate reported issues as needed for troubleshooting.Provide new or modified application configuration to resolve incidents.Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues.Design and document new or modified existing reports (BI Publisher, SQR, nVision etc.), AWE/workflows, interfaces, pages, etc.Experience with Integration Broker, REST/JSON etc. integrating with 3 party applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to be persuasive and influence customer relationships in a positive direction. Desired Skills: Knowledge of Java/Python is a plus.Knowledge in newer technologies like Page Configurator, Field Configurator, Work Center etc.Provide new or modified application configuration to resolve incidents.Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues.Design and document new or modified existing reports (BI Publisher, SQR, nVision etc.), AWE/workflows, interfaces, pages, etc.Experience with Integration Broker, REST/JSON etc. integrating with 3 party applications. About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
