Software Development Manager ADAS/AD System

If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.The ADAS team is currently seeking a Sr. Manager to be responsible for design and develop system software.This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of successfully supporting the delivery of new automotive ADAS and AD vehicle systems into production.Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection.

Your Role:

• Lead team of engineers to design and develop system software for of ADAS/AD safety critical platform 
• Drive development of high quality software 
• Ensure deliverables in timely manner 
• Mentor team members  
• Lead conversations through the complete lifecycle of hardware/software products with in house development team and third party suppliers 

Qualifications:

• Very familiar with hardware and software development lifecycle, reliability/validation tools and protocols 
• Experience with  embedded systems 
• Familiarity/Experience with Linux, QNX and/or AUTOSAR 
• Experience with CI/CD and SQA processes 
• Comfortable and excellent track record of influencing without direct reports 
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross team members from different time zone and different background to accomplish goals effectively and efficiently 

Advantageous:

•  5+ years of experience working with highly technical teams for OEM or Tier-1 in areas related to ADAS/AV, or Autonomous Driving company 
• Hardware and Software Product Launch Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex electromechanical systems 
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the ADAS/AD hardware and software architecture and interfaces 
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable (safety) standards for typical ADAS features (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262, FMVSS, EuroNCAP, TS16949

Education:

• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field 
• Higher degree strongly preferred
