Job Description

• Lead a team of individual contributors aligned to the SOAR capability. Responsible for managing and developing a team of employees – including hiring, training, development, performance management, administration, and workforce planning.
• Work with our clients to understand their security operations pain points and identify where security automation could create significant efficiencies or enable their analysts to be more effective.
• Prepare Installation plan for SOAR platforms
• Design, document, and implement use cases in SOAR platforms.
• Develops automation and orchestration test plans and procedures
• Develop prototypes and elicit client feedback.
• Deploy and configure SOAR platforms and integrations with third party security technologies such as firewalls, CASB, EDR, etc.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
• Documents potential Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) opportunities for orchestration/automation to include identifying mission benefits, cost savings, productivity gains, staff reductions, etc.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to effectively build and deploy new system baselines and revisions that support orchestration & automation
• Design and develop custom applications, plugins
• Manage end to end reporting for SOAR Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelors or master’s in engineering
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT and Information Security
• 8+ years of experience in Security Automation and Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in implementing solutions with Rest interface, python, node, react, angular, JavaScript
• 6-8 years of experience on SOAR platforms (XSOAR, Swimlane, ServiceNow, Splunk SOAR)
• Experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and strategies for security cloud infrastructure and applications.
