Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our professional services team, dedicated to supporting a key enterprise customer. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, lead complex projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer.
This role will be permanently on-site with a customer in Riyadh (KSA).Arabic language skills will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions tailored to the customer's specific needs and business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, building strong relationships and trust.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new solutions to enhance the customer's ServiceNow environment.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Project Management: Lead large-scale ServiceNow projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including extensive hands-on development and architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HR Service Delivery).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing professional services role.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow's latest features and capabilities.
- Knowledge of complementary technologies and integrations.
- Background in consulting or professional services for enterprise clients.
