You innovate and use experience to produce results in a collaborative and agile environment while enjoying the freedom to develop new initiatives and programs.

• 12 + years’ recruiting experience. An understanding of Technology space, its pace and competitiveness with a drive to thrive in it.
• Pride in being the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates.
• Ability to adopt a consultative and customer focused approach with our hiring manager community and crafting winning outcomes.
• A focus on building balanced teams. Atlassian places huge value in making our TEAM a place where everyone can be themselves. You will help drive that.
• High sense of urgency and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality experience.
• Enthusiastic about experimenting with innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels to find new candidates; be resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions.
