Single Point Expert to join our IT Marketing Technology team. This role requires a well-organised mindset, and a highly analytical, self-driven MarTech expert to manage our marketing automation tools and support the execution of our integrated marketing plan. You'll be the single point of contact who is the subject matter expert on several platforms across the marketing landscape & lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, that enables a seamless account-based and contract-based customer experience in High-touch and Low Touch Marketing applications. In this role, you will also get an opportunity & exposure to community marketing apps, building marketing analytics reports & dashboards along with consent management systems and ad/event management appsThis role requires the ability to liaison with the marketing function and translate the marketing vision into a scalable implementation to deliver on our marketing goals. Our bottom line is to be a truster partner for our marketing business stakeholders in delivering strategic value.Impact of the Role -World Class Platforms - You would be driving the world-class leading Marketing Automation platforms from Adobe ( Marketo) and Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) in building scalable & custom solutions in addition to integrating with vendors/third-party apps for “Run-the-Business” portfolioMarketing Strategy, Plan & Vision - You would be actively engaged with the “Change-the-Business” portfolio and collaborating directly with Product Owners, and cross-functional engg. teams, Business stakeholders and leaders in Marketing Strategy, Platform Consolidation & Service Optimisation to achieve MarTech’s vision and growth.Professional Growth - You will be driving & owning a couple of key MarTech initiatives in addition to leading a squad of engineers in future as we progress towards the MarTech mission along with scaling our team towards Atlassian’s vision for the growth of 25K employees

Basic Qualification

    • A MarTech Specialist/ Expert with around 10 years of Enterprise experience who is owning the Marketing Automation Platform portfolio and manages B2B Cloud products for SAAS implementations and projects
    • A specialist “Go-To-Person” in MarTech world for driving the techno-functional use-cases/work engagement and able to strongly articulate the business requirements from a solution & delivery perspective.
    • Have 5+ years of experience working within the MarTech space that includes marketing automation platforms like (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo) for email marketing and lead generation.
    • Responsible for “Change-the-Business” needs & demands by driving the MarTech initiatives by closely collaborating with Business Stakeholders by detailing the requirements & determining the design, and specifications around MAP, system & its integration
    • Partner with cross geo teams for “Run-the-Business” operations to streamline, optimise & evolve the marketing stack & processes by building a strong partnership and driving collaboration across technical and functional team members for operational excellence
    • Familiar with building & integrating custom apps & third-party vendors into Atlassian’s MAP as required by aligning to GDPR policies and security compliance.
    • Understanding of website optimisation, search engine optimisation, paid search, platforms of AdTech, and Events.
    • Championing value realisation of our existing investments in the Martech space through continuous learning and evangelising the best-in-class solutions and features.
    • Monitor data quality, data migration, and data integration, including data accuracy and completeness across marketing systems.
    • Managing and connecting marketing and sales tools that support our DemandGen programs
    • Support training of marketing software and user adoption, provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving problems
    • Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment/analytic delivery team.
    • Facilitating design workshops for business and technical partners, including discovery, design, decision, and final read-out.

Preferred Qualification

    • SFMC/ Marketo or any other MAP certification would be an advantage
    • Experience in leading a small team squad of 3-4 engineers
    • Experience in using JIRA, and Confluence for collaborating with Business stakeholders, product managers, and designers using strong command over technical language would be a plus
    • Experience in automation/ RPA tools(selenium, Workato, any others) would be a plus
    • Comfortable in working collaboratively on a geographically distributed, remote-first team (US, India & Australia)
