SUMMARYXOR Security is seeking a talented Senior Information Security Analyst to lead our Cyber Immersion Lab C&A team! On this project, you will support Rapid Development and Innovation with technical and system engineering Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS). These services include cyber capability discovery, development, testing, advanced analytics, lifecycle support, data science needed to meet dynamic cyber mission requirements for our government customer.

In this role, you will get to provide full lifecycle security engineering services to Government and military programs using a scaled agile approach that adheres to NIST’s RMF for Federal Information Systems.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing analysis on information programs, policies, processes, systems, and elements with regards to their security posture and potential impacts to the program.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) of the systems’ security design to ensure the security of PII and PHI information held within them.
• Lead or participate in the identification and remediation of risks and notify the government with any allegations of noncompliance.
• Serve as an authority for any complex cybersecurity problems and will ensures the assessment and implementation of identified computer and network environment fixes as part of their duties.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

• Position may require oversight and direct task assignment duties over team members. Supervisory tasks such as approving timesheets and leave requests, conducting performance appraisals, and coordinating and leading team meetings may be required.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Certifications

• Active CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP (DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification)

Education, Background, and Years of Experience

• Meets one of the following minimum requirements with 1) a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Security or related discipline and 2) years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or related fields:
• Minimum of 10 years with a Master's degree.
• Minimum of 12 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 16 years of experience with an Associate's Degree or HS Diploma."

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills

• Ability to lead others.
• Experience with implementation and execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Understanding of a broad range of related regulations, methodologies, and frameworks; such as the current version of the DoD Risk, Issues, and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs publication, and apply the knowledge as applicable in the support provided to the Government.
• Ability to identify high risk factors, develop a mitigation plan to reduce or eliminate the risk, and implement/monitor selected mitigation.
• Experience/Ability to perform technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities/non-compliance and make necessary/relevant mitigations.

WORKING CONDITIONSEnvironmental Conditions

• Customer/Government site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.

Strength Demands

• Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.   Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
