The Team
Corporate Security is looking to expand its capabilities and scale to the company's growth in order to provide a world class service to our customers. As companies grow in size, so does the threat landscape, we want to be proactive in this approach and be prepared to mitigate such threats. The role of Senior Corporate Security Analyst is specifically designed to strengthen Corporate Security by developing new security functions and capabilities. This role will further provide additional resources that are vital to internal team functionality and work closely with others on the SITF (Security, IT & Fraud) team and other internal stakeholders.
The Opportunity
Maintaining access, camera and alarm systems at company locations
Managing and escalating threats to company employees and physical locations
Troubleshooting issues with existing security systems
Assistance in corporate investigations and background checks
Developing best practices for the physical and electronic security program
Creation of risk assessments and physical security for special events, retreats, or other company related functions
Tracking and auditing data for security and compliance audits
Coordinating with infrastructure teams and internal stakeholders to design, plan, implement and procure physical and electronic security systems
Assistance in managing contracted security guards and security teams
Manage incident response to physical events, ensuring employee and asset safety while minimizing operational impact
Maintain situational awareness of current global current events
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor related to security
Skills you should HODL
Building complex security programs
System administration of access control and CCTV platforms
Vendor management
Project management
Conducting corporate investigations
Threat management
Creating security policies and procedures
Managing enterprise background checks
Experience working with and/or managing GSOC operations
Establishing liaison with law enforcement
Organizing and preparation for audits
Executive Protection or Covert Corporate Security experience
Strong computer and technical skills
Military or Law Enforcement Background Preferred
Travel Requirement: 25% travel (Domestic and International)
