Security Engineer - Government (part-time Contractor)

Note: this is a 3 day/week assignment, joining an inflight customer delivery project until the end of September 2022
A Design and Build role, focused mainly on HMG/GDS guidelines and standards that relate to Data/Info security on the customer secure platform. You will be required to provide expertise relating to (but not limited to):
- Encryption
- Data (access, storage)
- Access management
- Network Infra Security - AWS
- InfoSec
- SOC / ISO compliance
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess skills/experience such as:
- Support definition or redefine of non-functional requirements relating to Security inc. Operation Controls
- Supporting external vendors e.g Pen Testing, Auditors
- Working with external CISO functions inc. Faculty DofSec
- Experience supporting previous Government projects would also be beneficial
