We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across the Mexico market. The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing, managing and growing Acronis’ presence within existing and new channel partners. This individual will work in close collaboration with the sales managers and leaders at each of our partners with the specific objective of increasing Acronis’ revenue, customer base and market share within their business. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys developing internal and external relationships across global sales teams, channel partners, and end customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Generate and accelerate revenue growth for Acronis products in Mexico.
  • Establish, manage and grow Acronis’ presence within existing and new partners.  
  • Grow incremental revenue/sales through the management of sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program’s success across teams and departments throughout the company.
  • Develop the partner and alliance ecosystem to accelerate revenue and close sales with their end user customers, through individual and team targets.
  • Work with other department peers to facilitate relationships among various departments and locations in order to achieve the sales goals and objectives.
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Responsible for the sales quota, growth and direction of the sales channel partners.
  • Own both top line sales as well as all controllable expenses within the channels.
  • Expand distribution partners, recruit new channel partners, as well as drive further growth from existing channel partners.
  • Manage channel partner alignment including term sheet and business plans.
  • Grow new corporate account business through larger companies and enterprise focused partners.
  • Responsible for budget performance, both top line and bottom line.
  • Work with sales team to advance opportunities to closure, including Presales and support.
  • Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details in SalesForce and provide weekly updates including revenue, status, decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
  • Train, enable and energize the sales teams and keep them updated on trends and changes with our business and product offerings.
  • Establish a clear understanding of the value and assets for Acronis’ features and offerings, both internally and externally, and develop constant validation of Acronis value propositions.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 8 years+ experience in B2B channel sales, preferably within IT/Software industry, as well as in depth experience in a sales management role.
  • Experience with proven sales methodologies and channel sales management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and local market knowledge.
  • Excellent Sales forecasting and modeling skills.
  • Mature personality focused on deliverables and to maintain and build relationship on Executive Level at partners and/or customers side.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Passion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving up.
