Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.We have an amazing career opportunity for an experienced DACH enterprise solutions sales leader.Our enterprise solutions teams provide strategic overlay sales at our largest customers. By teaming with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, EDRs, and Partners they demonstrate domain expertise and consultative selling that create transformative client outcomes. You will partner with the solution sales team; set direction, provide hands-on account strategy and advise on customer engagement, whilst collaborating with other leaders to improve our GTM motion for DACH.We're looking for someone who feels at home in fast-growing businesses where an important behavioural principle is "assume positive intent". If this sounds like you we would love to have you as part of the Atlassian team.You will report to Glen Wilson (Head of Enterprise Solutions Advocates, EMEA), and lead and grow a team of experienced enterprise solution sellers based in Germany.

More about You

    • You bring at least 5 years of sales team management experience in an enterprise cloud-based software/solutions company (ITSM, ERP, CRM, PPM)
    • Experience leading teams of 6+ enterprise sellers, following a career as an enterprise sales individual contributor
    • Experience leading customer (CXO) relationships and closing complex six/seven-figure SaaS transactions
    • In-depth knowledge of DACH market
    • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and regional sales plans
    • You love teaming; you have experience collaborating with other internal teams, such as direct sales and channel
