By teaming with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, EDRs, and Partners, they demonstrate domain expertise and consultative selling to create transformative client outcomes. As the Regional Head of Solution Sales for the Benelux, France, and Southern Europe, you will partner with the solution sales team. You will set direction, provide hands-on account strategy, and advise on customer engagement, whilst collaborating with other leaders to improve our GTM motion for this region.We're looking for someone who feels at home in a fast-growing business. where an important behavioural principle is "assume positive intent". If this sounds like you we would love to have you as part of the Atlassian team.You will report to Glen Wilson (Head of Enterprise Solutions Advocates, EMEA), and lead a team of experienced enterprise solution sellers covering the Benelux, France, and Southern Europe.

More about you

    • You have at least 5 years of sales team management experience in an enterprise cloud-based software/solutions company
    • 5+ years of experience selling ITSM, ERP, CRM, or PPM solutions
    • Experience leading teams of enterprise sellers, following a career as an enterprise sales individual contributor
    • Experience leading customer (CXO) relationships and closing complex six/seven-figure SaaS transactions
    • In-depth experience working with either the Benelux or France markets
    • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and regional sales plans
    • You love teaming and have experience collaborating closely with other teams (direct sales and channel, for example)
