This position is responsible for the administration of the global applicant tracking system. This position will perform system maintenance, updates and configurations; lead Talent Acquisition technical projects for the organization; create complex reports and analytics to support organizational needs; and play a key role in changes impacting the Talent Acquisition team.Essential Functions:Administers applicant tracking components to ensure that systems fulfill organizational needs. Maintains, updates and tests systems to ensure that they are functioning properly.Creates complex reports and assists staff in obtaining system information. Fulfills regulatory reporting requirements and maintains detailed records of changes that affect systems/reporting.Serves as subject matter expert for applicant tracking components. Advises staff regarding periodic releases.Designs, tests and builds applicant tracking configuration and ensures that the organization maintains legal compliance with HR Technology processing.Supports Talent Acquisition team in carrying out day to day activities and ensures that objectives are accomplished in an effective and timely manner. Develops and presents applicant tracking system trainings to provide to end users.Performs security administration for applicant tracking system. Ensures access is restricted and that end users only have the access to the information that they need.Develops and tests partner integrations to support applicant tracking system needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.Must have 3-5 years experience as an applicant tracking system administrator with design and testing responsibilities.Must have 3-5 years experience building reports and working with talent acquisition leaders.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.Knowledge of Power BI, Data Warehouse, and other data analytics software a plus.Prior experience with Workday HRIS system preferred.About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
