Job Description Summary:The HR Analytics Specialist, Level II, will manage the reporting queue, addressing data/reporting requests, and providing insights and analytics to drive business decisions. This role will configure and modify reports to provide relevant and accurate data to stakeholders. This position works closely withglobal HR Analytics Specialists as well as product managers for HRIS systems. Customers include global HR project managers and other global HR team members (generalists, recruiters, trainers); as well as global managers and global specialists throughout the company.Responsibilities:Responsible for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions from the data for decision making purposes (this is a reporting analyst role).Delivers assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects. Coordinates and performs basic technical requirements.Collects, pre-processes, and organizes data. Maintains and standardizes data sources. Conducts statistical analyses.Works to transform moderately complex data into business value by discovering interpreting, and communicating data trends.Presents results in a readily consumable manner for audiences.
