The Product Management Operations (PM Ops) team exists to scale our global Product team.We're hiring a Program Manager for our Product Management (PM) Experience and PM Craft pillars in India, reporting to the Head of Product for the department and working daily with the PM Ops team lead.You will manage a portfolio of programs and products to deliver outcomes for our Product Management team. What you'll do

• Your customers are Product Managers and you will focus on projects that focus on scaling and sharing Atlassian's approach to product management as well as projects that focus on PM Talent to drive attraction, retention, and engagement metrics
• You will deliver the end-to-end geo-based PM graduate program from recruitment to onboarding to multi-year rotations to accelerate the growth of our early-in-career talent
• You will build relationships with geo-based leadership to increase engagement in learning and teaching of the craft inside Atlassian
• You will lead customer discovery with PM leaders from across the organisation to scale our gold standard product practices and identify opportunities to improve the PM experience and talent-related processes; you will lead projects from discovery to experimentation to department-wide rollout
• You will ensure product processes are consistent with global best practices or documented when adapted to local needs
• You will share our product pride outside Atlassian to influence the broader product industry
• You will inspire and lead your team by prioritising the most impactful opportunities within your area of ownership to deliver customer value
• You will drive alignment between various product groups and leadership and you will create high visibility into your work by communicating updates and progress on success metrics to many teams and partners, including occasional presentations to executive team members
• You will work across multiple timezones (primarily AEST & PST) to deliver a core set of initiatives with defined success metrics

Your background

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a SaaS-based tech company
• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Subject-matter expertise in the field of product management, product development, or product discovery
• Demonstrated experience operationalising processes or practices at scale
• Experience defining and tracking towards success metrics
• You set clear expectations and can paint a compelling vision that can inspire action across teams
• Outstanding track record building relationships and influencing without authority on a distributed team
• Comfortable managing detailed logistics and events
• Interest in empowering and working with early-in-career talent
