What you'll do:
- Work across our team and with our business partners to plan, set goals, execute, and learn
- Run team plays, health monitors, and other workshopping designed to help the team work and collaborate with other teams
- Establish a methodology for transforming how the Atlassian Commercial Legal team works by using Atlassian tools, processes and rituals to guide effectiveness in how we:
- -Manage our institutional knowledge, historical advice and ways we intake work
- -Administer our contract management software Ironclad
- -Create and deploy more self-serve tools and policies for teams
- -Run reports on top issues we participate in to better inform our work prioritization
- Create, organize and maintain Commercial Legal team content for communicating and engaging with our partners, such as the Commercial Legal team Confluence page, team announcements, FAQs, templates and playbooks
- Design and take charge of meaningful dashboards and readouts for key executives
- Champion and cultivate cross-team relationships to organize and manage dependencies
- Identify and implement improvements and tools for our teams "ways of working," to foster more effective standards and processes, such as team onboarding, knowledge management, and other team administration activities
Your background:
- You can run on your own while keeping others in the know
- You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience and a BA or BS
- Have experience diagnosing pain points for teams, moving them to 'good', and committing to ensuring they get to 'great'
It's great, but not required if you have:
- Experience working either in-house for a legal department or with a law firm
- Project or Program Management professional certifications
- Experience working on programs with legal or enterprise sales teams
- Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams and matrix organizations, and an understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales
