Product Operations Manager II Work Location:   India – RemoteJob Profile Summary: ·       Manage the Product Lifecycle Process. ·       Overseeing a variety of projects. Provide product knowledge to support and sales teams.·       Manage user launch readiness (i.e., customers, sales and support teams), communicate testing and launch of new products and features to impacted users.·       Defines and develops the most efficient operational process methods, parameters, and procedures. ·       Analyzes current operational processes to ensure they are consistent, compatible, and effective across functions and groups.·       Recommends and assists improvements.·       Owns and drives documentation functionality across working groups.·       Responsible for tracking and frequently auditing processes, procedures, and SLAs/OLAs to ensure operational success. Careel Level Summary:• Works independently, receiving minimal guidance.• Solves routine problems, in moderately complex situations, that take more time to resolve• Impacts the quality of own team and closely related teams Critical Competencies Key Responsibilities:  • Manages the Product Lifecycle Process.• Tracks progress from request to delivery of product roadmap requests.• Manages and deliver on multiple projects at a time. Partner across multiple groups and functions to drive consistent process that are compatible to our products.• Defines and develops the most efficient business process methods, parameters, and procedures.• Assists with the development of process requirements, parameters, control plans, flow charts, and instructions.• Evaluates existing processes and recommends and implements improvements.• Prepares written documents, process workflow diagrams and business requirements.• Researches new solutions through leading industry standards for processes, software applications and systems.• Monitors the general technological environment and anticipates trends.Knowledge: • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. Skills • Demonstrated ability to provide FANATICAL supportEducation • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Certifications Experience • At least 2 years of related experience.Physical Demands • General office environment.
