We are looking for Oracle HRMS – OTL, Absence Management and Payroll . Here is the Job Description for this open position: · At Least Qualified BE/BTech or MBA equivalent.· Relevant Experience required – 12-15 years in Oracle EBS HRMS – OTL, Payroll.· Job Location – Work from Home , or Gurugram or Remote.· Shift Timings – Late Afternoon to Early Morning IST Shift – 3PM – 12AM or 4PM to 1AM IST.· Responsible for working in Professional Services Consulting Projects – R12.2.+ Implementations, Upgrades.· Should be able to handle the Implementation/Upgrade Projects in HRMS/OTL/Payroll on his own End-to-End from Requirements Gathering through UAT/Go Live.· Creates and monitors SRs with Oracle Support or Rimini Street.· Work on assigned Consulting Projects (Setups, Documentation, Functional Testing) related to Oracle EBS Implementations/Upgrades.· Mandatory Skills: Oracle EBS R12+ - Oracle HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Payroll (US Localization).· Other Desirable Skills: Oracle Talent Management, Compensation Workbench, Recruitment and Leaning Management.· Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM will be a plus.· Should possess Very Good Written and Spoken English Communication Skills. · Should be a Very Good Team Player.
