Marketing Partner Analyst III

Job Summary: We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Senior Marketing Analyst to support our alliance relationships by providing data analysis and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible to analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes and identify trends in data, and presents findings, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. The position requires the Marketing Analyst to work closely with our Partner Marketers and Regional Marketing teams to create Partner Marketing plans, tracks marketing plan effectiveness, submits proof of performance for reimbursement for completed marketing activities, and identify areas where efficiencies can be gained in reporting and marketing opportunities.  Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manages global claims for marketing activities.
    • Prepares moderately complex reports utilizing unique data sets.
    • Works with the business to determine data sets needed for reporting purposes and ensures queries return relevant data sets.
    • Validates data integrity.
    • Modifies reporting tools to run routine and custom reports.
    • Designs and participates in implementation, Q/A, and validation of data, or procedural changes.
    • Responsible for reporting, analyzing, and making recommendations on marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on major alliance relationships.
    • Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and provides actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
    • Gathers actionable data from various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborates with external partners, such as agencies to assist with timely collection and payments.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

    • Advanced knowledge of the company’s business procedures and objectives.
    • Experience in managing large financial budgets.
    • Strong knowledge of data sets, data requirements, data integrity rules, and data reporting.
    • Expert Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of market, customer, and competitor trends.
    • Advanced skills in tracking plan effectiveness.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to apply knowledge and best practices to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
    • Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups and provide FANATICAL support.
    • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field required.
    • 5 years of related Marketing Analyst experience - preferred.
    • Self-starter and ability to work proactively independently and in team environments.  
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.   
    • Excellence in attention to detail; proven bias for action and execution.  
    • Thrives in a virtual, fast-paced, agile working environment that pivots with shifting priorities for quick turn-around deliverables.  
    • Builds credible, trust-based relationships with team members and stakeholders.   
    • Strong learning agility picking up new concepts quickly.  
    • Occasional work required in different global time zones.
