About the role: You will be the part of the Data Engineering Frontend team responsible for building the next-gen self-serve console portal, since most of Gojek internally relies on it, hence the responsibility increases to provide high-quality products.
What You Will Do
- Develops, test and maintains scalable frontend apps with API integrations to support continuing increases in adoption of the console within Gojek
- You must know the ins and out of Javascript to design optimized and modular components that need to be used across our platform
- You must have experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building, and Deployment
- Performs analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
- Should be able to do production support for Datlantis services, in terms of responding to user queries on slack and giving them necessary solutions
- Should be responsible for any failures, in terms of debugging and sharing RCA’s
- Works closely with all Data Engineering pods and engineering teams to develop a strategy for long term data console architecture
What You Will Need
- Should be having 6+ years of experience in ES6-ES10, React.js, Redux, Node.js, Hapi.js, GraphQL, Webpack, BabelJS, HTML5, CSS3, Less, WebDriver.io, Jasmine/Mocha or any of test framework like Jest, Enzyme, Puppeteer
- Must have an understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins
- Solid understanding of OOPS
- Should have worked on any Backend language like Java, Ruby, Golang
- You will be data-driven, designing and implementing A/B tests and working with our Data Science team
- Worked on microservice-based infrastructure
- Should have a good understanding of design principles/patterns
- Must have exposure to one of the tools like Google PSI, GTM, GA, Lighthouse, Webpagetest
- Have an understanding of site performance via audit and metric
- Should have worked on BDD TDD frameworks like Cucumber or Selenium
Bonus Points If
- Understanding of how PWA works, Service Side rendering, React Native and Hybrid apps
- Understanding of Metrics and Monitoring of web applications
- Prior experience in building products that are SEO compatible is good to have
