As a Software Engineer, you will help shape the future of our Consumer Lending products, and more importantly, help millions of users meet their financial needs responsibly. Be a part of feature development from end-to-end, constantly pairing with Senior Engineers.Write code that's clear, concise, performant, tested, and easy to understand by other teams and engineers.Contribute to the design and development of highly scalable, available, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant services.Try questioning engineering standards, tooling, and processes after understanding our needs and communicate what works and what does not work for you and why.Deep dive and debug production issues across services and levels of the stack when needed.Coordinate and communicate with different internal/external teams daily—stay in close communication with product manager, team lead and senior engineers to execute the feature roadmap efficiently.

What You Will Do ✅

What You Will Need

• Passion about software development.
• At least 1 years of relevant software development experience; hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying applications.
• Ability to learn or use Java, Kotlin, JS. Understanding of concepts like database consistency and transactionality, asynchronous programming, fault tolerance and monitoring
• Understanding of relational databases and tradeoffs under highly constrained production environments
• Any experience with infrastructure related tools and concepts such as Kubernetes, Kafka, RDS, AWS, GCP is good to have
