IAM Mainframe Technical Lead (Contractor Role)

Job Responsibilities

• Technical consultancy on Mainframe environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls.
• Working collaboratively with various engineering teams across the organisation to effectively define strategic IAM architecture.
• Build, support and provide ongoing maintenance for custom Mainframe feeds into an internal compliance database. 

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, including IBM z/OS and DB2.
• Extensive experience with Mainframe automation, scripting and programming (COBOL, Rexx, JCL etc).
• Experience with Mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of security and data privacy on Mainframe systems, including RACF, ACF2.
• Ability to design and implement Mainframe systems and solutions that meet business requirements.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation and release management tools such as, CA Endevor and ChangeMan.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to provide technical guidance to the business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
