HR Global Compliance Specialist III – INWork Location: Hybrid, Near Gurugram or Delhi/NCR office locationResponsibilities: Ability to work a Monday – Friday flexible shift to support employees in all regions. This position requires working from the nearest office location twice per week.Develop, enhance, and maintain all global HR forms, handbooks, policies and processes based on legal and company requirements. Assesses operational risks for HR to develop global precautionary measures and processes. Interpret, disseminate and provide training on global HR regulatory matters and compliance. Serve as administrator and process owner for global compliance vendors and government authorities. Keep abreast of changes in global and local laws, regulations and guidelines while partnering with internal employment counsel to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Partner with other HR centers of excellence to ensure consistency in global policy/process/program frameworks. Ensure timely completion of required regulatory compliance reports (EEO, VETS4212, MOM – APJ, Provident Fund – IN, etc.). Ensure timely completion of all global internal and external audit requests for HR including but not limited to ISO, PSI, SOC, and SOX. Be an advocate for HR with internal audit groups to ensure audit controls are necessary and properly documented and that any overlap between audit groups is identified. Ensure proper documentation is in place for all approved HR controls and conduct periodic reviews to ensure they are being followed so as to make sure all global HR audits are passed. Manage a global, annual HR Compliance Calendar so that HR is proactively prepared for all compliance activities. Review and partner with HR leadership and internal employment counsel for HR review requests of customer Master Service Agreements.As part of the HR Service Center, work with HRSC Representatives to maintain HR records in compliance with legal and company requirements. Be an internal champion and respected advocate regarding the necessity and importance of HR compliance and recordkeeping. May require ServiceNow HR ticket assistance for internal and external employee queries.KnowledgeStrong knowledge of global and local employment regulations and labor laws. Strong project management, analytical, communication and critical thinking skills with great attention to detail. Ability to create presentations and present to small and large audiences, including senior leadership. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting a variety of human resources and departmental policies and procedures. Strong conflict management skills to effectively resolve conflict with a positive outcome. Ability to prioritize work, to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels, and to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.SkillsStrong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to run formulas in excel for further analysis including but not limited to V-Lookup, graphs, and charts. Prior Workday experience preferred.EducationBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and 5 – 10 years of relevant experience required.
