As the Head of EMEA Enterprise Development, you will be responsible for building, leading and developing our Enterprise Development Managers and their respective teams (EDRs) for the entire region. We have over 140,000 customers worldwide and the Enterprise Advocate oversees the largest 10% of customers in their respective regions. This non-traditional Inside Sales role is remotely based with centralized Amsterdam office. Working together with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Marketing Team we are looking for a leader to build and implement an effective sales strategy, hire and train new managers and EDRs and coach the team to success.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

    • 3 or more years of experience managing a Sales Management team in the Technology Industry
    • Experience achieving revenue goals and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth, customer-centric team with a strategic mindset to drive GTM pipeline generation
    • Experience using data and systems creatively to improve growth, consistency, and scale
    • Experience hiring, mentoring and developing a team of sales representatives and front-line managers with a preference for SDR experience
    • Be proficient with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Zoom
    • EMEA-based representation to strategize on multiple nuances within the various markets
    • Ability to lead cross-functional alignment and coordination across sales, marketing, and channel teams
    • Proficiency in motivating and aligning a team to a vision and managing effectively through continuous change

Key Accountabilities:

    • Lead and build a growing and diverse team of 35+ go-to-market team members within EMEA, including directly managing people leaders while allowing them to grow their management skills and coach individual contributors
    • Achieve pipeline goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
    • Hire and coach EDR leaders and individual EDR contributors responsible for self-sourced prospecting, holding qualification calls, and strategically engaging customers with outbound prospecting while balancing inbound campaigns
    • Drive emphasis on sales enablement as a daily and weekly exercise to promote personal and professional growth for the entire team
    • You will report directly to our Global Head of Enterprise Development Team
    • Facilitate a culture of coaching and mentoring of EDRs, specific to the areas of account development, top-of-funnel metrics, and account strategy
    • Drive team initiatives relative to strategic engagements, corporate culture, personnel development, and special projects
    • Cultivate a culture of KPIs and Metrics, and develop the next generation of talent across the GTM team
    • You are a leader with a vision in our messaging and value proposition who is actively involved in strategic sales cycles across the team
    • Plan, forecast, and understand capacity needs for the EMEA EDR team to ensure productivity and balance inbound/outbound strategies according to broader EDR Global Organization and cross-functional teams
