If this sparks your interest, apply today and chat with our friendly Recruitment team.Your future teamAs the Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of passionate Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in Atlassian Data Center. You will guide our enterprise strategy for the on-premise edition of one of Atlassian flagship products - Jira Service Management.You will report into a Senior Group Product Manager responsible for the family of Jira Data Centre Products, and you will partner with product leaders across Atlassian portfolio of Data Centre and Cloud products.You will focus on strategic pillars for the Data Center product line: scaling our products to deliver performance, high availability, flexible deployment, and centralised control. You will also explore new opportunities to support Atlassian customers in transforming their ITSM processes. Your work will affect thousands of customers including some of the leaders in their industries.

• You will manage and grow a globally distributed team remotely
• You will define and track main business and success metrics
• You will prioritise among opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business, and communicating the rationale behind your decisions

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management leadership role
• Success with building a shared vision and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Success with leading teams of product managers to achieve their best
• Familiarity with working on products for enterprise customers
• Passionate about working with customers and solving complex enterprise problems.
