By unlocking their ability to rely on our products, we enable them to unleash the potential of their teams.As a Group Product Manager on the Enterprise Cloud team, you'll lead multiple teams - including a growing cohort of Product Managers - responsible for giving Atlassian's customers the tools and confidence they need to control their data. Currently this spans experiences and platforms including Data Residency, Backup & Restore, Sandboxes, Cloud-to-Cloud migrations - it'll be up to you and your team to build a vision and a roadmap to take us forwards.You and your team will work hands on with every function in the company, from engineering and design to sales, partnerships, ecosystem, legal, risk & compliance and support to develop platforms, processes and features, take them to market, and improve them over time.This role requires partnering with your team of PMs to build a thorough understanding of data management needs for cloud software, the ability to ruthlessly prioritize them, and the technical know-how to partner closely with cross disciplinary teams to execute on the roadmap you define. You will be responsible for giving Atlassian cloud customers of all shapes, sizes, and industries control over their own data, with particular focus on our largest and most complex customers.Key to this position is growing and developing your team of Product Managers to do the best work of their lives, and deliver amazing outcomes for our users, customers, partners and the company.You will identify new opportunities for Atlassian, define product strategy, own end-to-end development of your roadmap, and partner daily with teams across multiple disciplines. You and your team of PMs will be subject matter experts within Atlassian. - Minimum 10+ years of PM experience,A love for developing and mentoring Product Managers both individually and as part of a cohesive outcome-oriented team

- You know how to communicate intricate, complex large-scale plans in a succinct and compelling manner to the highest levels in the company.
- Extensive product management experience of 7+ years, with 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience developing a high-level product strategy and roadmap that can span multiple years, communicating it to executive leadership, building and rallying a cross-functional team behind it
- A proven ability to encourage your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question, and improve experiences for our users and customers
- An obsession for customers and working directly with design and engineering to ship fabulous products
