Your future teamOur Global Deal Desk team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Order Management, Deal Desk management and Sales Support. We support different sales teams to ensure we provide a smooth transaction for our customers.We're hiring an Enterprise Operations Specialist, reporting to Deal Desk Manager. You are a sales support specialist with a background preferably in Order Management or Deal Desk Management. The Enterprise Operations Specialist will play an important role in fulfilling transactional billing, invoicing, licensing, and SOX compliance functions.
What you'll do:
- Provisioning cloud licenses following the sale of Atlassian’s newly integrated products and hybrid product bundles.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Credit & Collections teams by answering questions about specific contracts and quotes.
- Ensure that contract and quote data is maintained in CRM systems throughout the lifecycle of sales opportunities.
- Support the fulfillment of Atlassian’s monthly SOX compliance and reconciliation processes.
- Manually create and send order confirmations to Atlassian’s customers and channel partners after contracts are completed.
- Collaborate with Atlassian’s Cloud technical support teams, engineers, and Analytics organizations to troubleshoot or update account-specific data.
- Support Cloud customers with general billing, invoicing, and licensing questions.
- Support Atlassian sales teams, customers, Partners, engineers, and other technical support groups with provisioning Cloud product trials.
- Assist internal Atlassian teams by locating and sending them copies of contracts, quotes, and invoices.
- Help with account reconciliation processes at the end of every month.
- Create manual sales orders and update contract and quote data in NetSuite or other order management software.
- Partner with Deal Desk team members, including Analysts, Managers, and Team Leads to assign support request tickets to their regional teams.
Your background:
- Must be willing to join video chats daily to support stakeholders, peers, management, customers, and partners.
- Must be proficient in Excel, including manually creating ad hoc formulas to calculate contract pricing.
- Strong ownership for resolving sales cycle issues related to quoting, document control, document assembly, signatures, and provisioning.
- Must have a working knowledge of sales service desk tools.
- BS/BA in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in any of the following: Knowledge Management, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Contract Support, Deal Management, Sales Quoting Support, or Revenue Operations.
- Must have at least one year of experience providing direct customer support.
- Customer service background, the ability to manage their time, and experience balancing many support requests simultaneously

- You have a working knowledge of Salesforce.
- You are knowledgeable with Oracle Fusion
- You have experience using NetSuite.
- You have an experience with Atlassian products.
- You are familiar with order management practices and processes.
