Develop, articulate, and execute a strategy for service management-related communications and portray activities in a published roadmap for C-Level
Manage IT Service Management platform, tools and dashboard reporting, and influence decisions on upgrades, and system administration of ITSM tools at an enterprise level
Develop internal programs for ITSM practices and training for end users
Lead all aspects of IT continuity including implementing and continuously optimizing resilience programs (business continuity, supplier resilience, disaster, recovery)
Manage team to ensure IT Operations including continuity, risk management etc. are being managed effectively
Manage all Mujin subsidiaries to formulate and implement global standards, policy, and processes for Information Technology related systems and services
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Mujin's CTO and CEO, developing a detailed understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities that can be addressed by Mujin's IT Services
Creates a culture of security and drives behavioral change within the organization, as necessary. Evaluates security trends, risks and vulnerabilities and utilizes tools to mitigate risk. Collaborates and shares strategic vision with all levels of leadership in the organization including senior leadership, facility, and leaders across business units
Develop, implement, and keep up to date all IT policies and procedures related to architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, and service provision, as well as End User Support
Team management, resource planning, hiring, and performance evaluations of the Infrastructure team, Information Security team and IT Services and support team.
Technical Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information technology systems security or related field. Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of similar experience
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP) Certification
Knowledge of Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) (certification preferred) with respect to security administration and information technology governance in a multi-platform environment
Experience in establishing cybersecurity and risk metrics for reporting
Strong Emotional Intelligence with demonstrated sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated management skills, e.g., budget development and administration, policy
Development and implementation, personnel administration, staff training and development
Knowledge and understanding of industry-recognized information security frameworks including ISO 27001/2, NIST, IEC ICS Security
Strong experience with multi-team management, forecasting head count, and performance evaluations
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within an organization, from senior management to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and their appropriate application
