Proposes and implements eCommerce and Digital Marketing (SEO,paid search, display, video and social) by providing online data analysis, user insights and data-drivenproblem solving and optimization. Analyze meaningful web and digital campaign data to identifyonline user behaviors and digital marketing effectiveness to improve web-sourced conversion ratesand revenue growth. Also responsible for maintaining/ improving data quality and integrity of ourdigital data and web analytics platform.Key ResposibilitiesOwns the digital analytic needs of the business using tools such as Google Analytics, LiveAgent, andSalesForce. Responsible for validating, analyzing, reporting on, drawing insights from andrecommending adjustments to ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives and web activity to drivecustomer and revenue growth. Evaluates report requirements with internal customers to meetbusiness objectives. Supports external partners, such as agencies, to assist with data collection andreporting. Works with team members to take core insights from the data to suggest, create, executeand evaluate multivariate of A/B/C tests that drive fundamental improvements to the digitalexperience.KnowledgeBroad knowledge of company’s business procedures and objectives. Broad knowledge of marketingdata assets, digital marketing technology and tools, A/B testing and online experimentation, and datastory-telling / visualization. Excellent creative problem- solving skills, data curiosity, and user empathy.Ability to learn and apply basic SQL knowledge. Intermediate knowledge of Google marketingtechnology stack, particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and DataStudio 360. StrongMicrosoft Excel skills. Intermediate knowledge of market, customer, and competitor trends.Intermediate skills in tracking campaign effectiveness. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to apply knowledge and best practices to resolve routine issues. Ability to communicatetechnical info and ideas so others will understand.
