Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral member of the global marketing intelligence, digital strategy, and technology team, proactively aligning marketing campaign and segment strategies while applying expertise in digital marketing execution across channels including PPC, display, social, content syndication, and marketing automation. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and use cases to improve customer journey and marketing returns. Executes and optimizes a multi-channel digital marketing strategy and continually strives to find new and creative ways to reach target audiences to achieve lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for global campaigns and regions.

- Strong communicator who drives strategy with the global marketing automation agency to put integrated, multi-channel campaigns into the market via digital channels
- Works with GDO, Marketing Ops, and external vendors to recommend 3rd party platforms to improve reach and conversion of high-value target audiences, and automate digital execution
- Builds emails, A/B tests, and creates marketing automation programs and nurtures with triggers in marketing automation platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Creates email campaigns to optimize email deliverability, open/click rates and achieve content engagement targets to increase marketing-qualified leads and nurture prospects and customers
- Creates and A/B tests conversion-optimized landing pages using SaaS platforms and/or CMS (e.g. Drupal)
- Drives best practice reporting and measurement requirements to improve performance across channels toward achieving campaign and tactic objectives and recommend optimizations
- Takes digital tactic/strategic action based on leading indicators of performance; may use digital signals to drive strategy adjustments across marketing org
- Executes and optimizes integrated digital tactics achieving inquiry, conversion rate, lead, and pipeline goals
- Clearly aligns KPI objectives to tactical execution measures and ensures agency accountability in executing the digital strategy
- Identify testing opportunities with new/emerging channels and/or creative tactics to improve performance
- Viewed as a global marketing SME amongst global marketing peers and leaders; proactively shares and leverages best practices while driving global brand and message consistency
- Integrates and coordinates plans with Comms/PR/AR to identify opportunities to align paid/earned/owned media strategies for the greatest message and KPI leverage.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field. At the manager’s discretion, a 2-year degree and 5+ years of experience may substitute for the required degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, data analytics, or reporting required. Deep knowledge and working experience in marketing automation platforms required. Strong working experience with Google Analytics preferred. Project management experience preferred.
