DIBNet Portal Administrator

Job Description: 

XOR Security is currently seeking talented senior DIBNet Portal System Administrator position supports the Defense Cyber Crime Center and provides transfer of knowledge sharing using the DIBNet portal.

• Additionally, they perform general account management of DIBNet including account creation, unlocking, role management, etc.. Supervise DIBNet Help Desk tasks and personnel.
• Use Jira to track support requests and tasks. Promote knowledge sharing through the organization’s operational business processes.
• Strengthen links between knowledge sharing and the information systems and improves integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
• Promote collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
• Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting. Share experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies.
• Help to monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities.
• Maintain communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations. Lead development of flatter content-centric taxonomy for products and services. Collect DIBNet metrics and provide to Project Manager for inclusion in Metrics Database. Assists Project Manager in developing dashboards and reports related to DIBNet usage, performance, and availability.  
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.  
• Must obtain SalesForce Certified Administrator within 6-months from date of hire.  DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification (i.e., A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP).
