Data Centre Network Engineer - Budapest / Debrecen

Key responsibilities:

• Managing network devices on DCN Benelux datacenters and Cisco ACI technology in Customer's Data Centers
• Providing technical support, fixing escalated technical problems, proposing solutions to guarantee the customer infrastructure availability, dedicated and shared on the DC
• CAB participation: analyze and apply exploitation changes and network / security deployement for customer infrastructure
• Following the good application of change and incident ticket linked to customers; Respect ITIL processes, incidents and changes SLA
• Incident Management participation: root cause analisis, diagnostics, resolution, escalation, patch upgrade, procedure writing
• On duty organization participation, with good skill level and autonomy
• Leading technical expertise on high skilled issues with deep analysis
• Working with Design team and provide network expertise

Professional skills:

• (Necessary): Switches & routers: Cisco Nexus series switches, Cisco routers (3years experience)
• (Advantage): Cisco ACI, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, Nexus vPC, SAN switches
• (Advantage): Firewalls: Fortigate, FortiManager, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint Firewalls, IPS
• (Advantage): Load Balancer: Netscaler, F5; Proxy and monitoring services
• (Advantage): Virtualisation: Cisco UCS fabric management, VMware vSphere, VMware NSX
• English on a fluent level
