We are looking for a Dark Web Threat Hunting Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in monitoring external sources. An organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to participate in external threat intelligence-sharing communities. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Continuously monitoring external sources such as threat intelligence feeds, security blogs, forums, and social media platforms to collect information on emerging threats to customers in the base;
• Identifying patterns and updating the default configuration of automated crawls to increase their effectiveness;
• Identifying new sources of collections, testing manual searches, and, if necessary, prioritizing automation of tables;
• Analyzing collected mentions and correlating them to identify patterns, trends, and possible indicators of targeted attacks or campaigns against customers in the base;
• Actively participating in external threat intelligence-sharing communities and industry groups to exchange intelligence, insights, and best practices with other companies.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

• Threat hunting knowledge;
• Basic knowledge about access tracking: IP, Cookies, Geo, Browser Fingerprint, etc., and how to protect yourself;
• Practical experience with the use of tools such as Tor network and VPNs;
• Practical experience with virtual machines or other Desktop Isolation to perform secure access;
• Awareness of the dangers of the dark web and being able to protect your own personal information and avoid social engineering;
• Knowledge of G Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Google Drive packages.

• Fluency in English, Spanish;
• Participation in events in the area;
• Familiarity with the structure and functioning of the main dark web forums and marketplaces.
