Cyber Security Solutions Lead

Within Citi, the Global Infrastructure Defense Security Engineering Team is focusing on designing, developing, testing and architecting Citi’s next generation cyber security solutions across the globe.

In this role you will be responsible to lead several high profile cyber security efforts, including research, develop security strategies, products, architectures including the operation of the ecosystem itself. You will also be responsible to influence key stakeholders, business units and drive timely delivery of security related global efforts and solutions that will adhere to all enterprise security requirements.

As a Cyber Security Solutions Lead you will

• drive and execute Enterprise Cyber Security Strategic programs, focusing on high profile critical solutions with responsibilities to deliver against committed goals
• be responsible, lead and influence a global team of experts tasked to deliver cyber security initiatives in focused areas such as global segmentation, secure services and security orchestration
• responsible to call out and identify risk and exposure as it relates to global architectures and systems/solutions from a security and threat perspective as important elements in the cyber security global programs
• be part of a global program team defining cyber security strategy, advise key stakeholders and decision makers on day to day and long term requirements
• assist and coordinate delivery among different engineering teams on testing and researching of emerging cyber security technologies in line with the global strategies
• build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure close co-operation with major suppliers and security companies

Ideal background

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Lead large-scale, complex cyber security projects
• Be able to apply concepts to real world implementations
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow up on issues
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to work well under pressure
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred
