Within Citi, the Cyber Security Services – Asset Management Team is responsible for overseeing and tracking the lifecycle of various software and hardware components used by the applications within Cyber Security. The Budapest Business Office team provides centrally managed support services and tasks for Cyber Security Services which include:

In this role you will be responsible to ensure timely remediation of EOS (End-of-Sale), EOL (End-of-Life) and EOVS (End-of-Vendor-Support) components or escalate via the right channels to guarantee that most important items are visible to key stakeholders.

As an Asset Management Team Lead you will

• Provide overall transparency and oversight for senior management about the end-to-end lifecycle of security components (devices and licenses) utilized by their applications ensuring all assets are accounted for.
• Providing proactive and reactive reports for the teams based on business requirements
• Managing relationship with internal business partners and sourcing teams to ensure streamlined and precise communication
• Being the bridge that links financial and operational teams together
• Developing new reports & ideas to identify discrepancies in the data received and highlighting potential flaws in the process
• Writing business requirement documentation for various processes
• Documenting and tracking remediation of system vulnerabilities
• Following up other Cyber Security Services teams to ensure the inventories are aligned and updated
• Maintain processes and procedures that enable the organization to manage EOS, EOL and EOVS Hardware and Software products with respect to risk, control, governance, and compliance objectives.
• Ensure that internal inventories are up-to-date via working with our peer teams or product owners
• Proactive review and analysis to ensure data integrity across all areas of responsibility.
• Support Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, EOL/EOVS and Asset Management activities including MCA (Management Control Assessment) and Contract revisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Risk Management procedures and establish effective communication with Operational and Engineering teams.

Ideal background

• At least 3-5 years working experience in Asset Management, Risk or Procurement
• Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT-related field.
• Strong understanding of Hardware and Software Lifecycle management. (Multinational company preferred)
• Solid understanding of EOL/EOVS processes
• Conceptual knowledge of Security Application architecture
• Knowledge of Cyber Security-related programs and methods used.
• Comprehensive risk-based mindset to quickly understand and evaluate what risk can the given product pose.
• Ability to create reports and presenting them to various teams and senior management.
• Awareness of information security, asset management and inventories used to track asset lifecycle.
