Cyber Security Architecture Program Governance Lead (C14)

A strong enterprise cybersecurity architecture organization is necessary to enable Citi businesses to operate safely. The Enterprise Cyber Security Architecture organization is responsible for implementing a robust enterprise security architecture practice to ensure Citi is reducing the risk to all threat surfaces with the right capabilities and controls and continuously progressing towards a target state. A key element of this practice is the development and implementation of the Cybersecurity Architecture Governance process, and oversight of the councils, steering committees, and working groups that will support and drive this process. These include the Security Architecture Council, the Insider Threat Steering Committee, and the Insider Threat Working Group. The Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture organization is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide program management for this governance process and to manage these forums end-to-end. The Program Governance Lead will report to Cyber Architecture Function Group Head.
Functional Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the agenda pipeline and facilitating the primary meeting of the Cybersecurity Architecture Council, the Insider Threat Steering Committee, and the Insider Threat Working Group.
Interface and build strong rapport with Council, Steering Committee, and Working Group members.
Facilitate structured meetings and diligently capture and track action items to closure.
Support Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture Program/Governance communications.
Lead/support special projects on behalf of the Council, Steering Committee, and Working Group.
Design and implement governance to ensure new technologies follow the prescribed architecture process.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience
6+ years of relative experience
Possess a strong executive presence
Ability to successfully coordinate and lead a meeting of senior and technical individuals
Strong project management background
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA
Experience with technical standards and information technology policy governance
Technology experience and/or enterprise-wide Program Management experience is preferred
High level understanding of Cyber Security and Security Architecture is desired
