About This Job
LiveRamp is seeking a detail oriented, highly-motivated, business-minded Customer Security Specialist to be the face of LiveRamp’s security program. The key responsibilities of this individual are to represent LiveRamp security throughout the sales cycle; track customer requests, requirements, and associated due dates; and coordinate audits on behalf of the LiveRamp team. This role is perfect for someone who loves translating a vast expanse of knowledge into relevant answers, who is energized by ensuring projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and who derives great satisfaction from finding and improving areas of process inefficiencies.
This role will report to the Head of Compliance and work cross-functionally with teams and external parties to support various aspects of LiveRamp’s security program.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for LiveRamp products and serve as the point of contact for external parties (clients, auditors, prospects) interested in LiveRamp security.
- Support the sales team with knowledge and resources on LiveRamp security practices: answer questionnaires, review contracts, and attend calls with clients and prospects.
- Support a growing international team and represent LiveRamp security to our clients globally.
- Work across internal teams to track security and compliance initiatives.
- Organize and track audit documentation, audit evidence, and security policy updates across LiveRamp.
- Track customer feedback, requests, and identify trends
- Work with the security team to coordinate incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives; and other cross functional projects.
- Participate in internal audits and readiness assessments for various business units.
- Maintain an internal knowledgebase of resources, such as penetration test summaries and audit findings.
- Stay current on security industry trends and advise security leadership on areas of customer requirements, focus and concern.
- Develop external facing security documentation and maintain internal answer repositories for common client inquiries.
Qualifications (required)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Understanding of security principles, controls, and best practices
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively and form strong working relationships across business, operational and technical functions
- Ability to organize, prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle complex escalations in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Comfortable expressing a point of view and influencing change, as appropriate
- Confident working in a dynamic environment, partnering with teams to move through the unknown
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to dive into the business, data workflows, and technology
- Expert project management skills – planning, status reporting, issue resolution, risk mitigation
Qualifications (preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Security+, and/or CISSP certification
- Experience in SaaS based technologies and/or cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with one or more compliance frameworks: SOC2, HIPAA, ISO, etc.
