Culture Brand Intern

It also will gain valuable experience on the Human Resources team of a global technology organization undergoing a massive business transformation.Rackspace Technology offers a hybrid working model, which permits Rackers to work from home and/or from a Rackspace Technology office. As such, this internship may be located anywhere in the U.S., but may also work out of our San Antonio, Texas, headquarters (if local to San Antonio).

What you’ll do:

• Join a global team that works collaboratively to deliver experiences that engage and connect Rackers to our company mission and priorities.
• Understand and seek opportunities to communicate the company’s employment brand internally and externally to help Rackspace Technology attract top talent from around the world
• Collaborate with the Racker Experience, Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Expertise, and Marketing/Communications teams on effective messaging, content creation, and publishing
• Complete assigned projects within specific deadlines
• Support special projects that help enrich the company’s employment brand
• Learn from mentors on the Human Resources and other teams

What qualifications and skills you’ll need to be successful in the role:

• Current enrollment in college.
• Ability to foster relationships and build trust
• A skilled communicator who can create easy-to-understand deliverables from complex inputs
• Desire to exceed expectations of stakeholders
• Collaboration with others — coupled with the ability to work with autonomy and own projects from start to finish
• Ability to flex and deliver quickly in fast-paced environment
• Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
