We are looking for an accomplished, experienced and fun compensation professional to help us evolve our compensation strategy, programmes and policies for a fully remote workforce.

What you'll do

    • As a Compensation Specialist, you'll support the complete delivery of our annual compensation programmes and processes including offer development, market pricing, survey submissions & data management, Workday transactions & internal mobility.
    • You'll also analyse employee, market and financial data to summarise findings, draw insights and support recommendations on compensation programmes and projects. We have an exciting roadmap ahead for FY23 and beyond. We need your expertise in finding creative solutions and passion to work on projects and company-wide programmes to help Atlassian implement at scale.
    • You'll work with team members and important partners - Talent Acquisition, Compensation Team and Programme Managers, HRIS, and Total Rewards Operations - on reviewing offer exceptions, identifying and building on process improvements and enhancements.
    • You'll provide ongoing support and education to team or partners to increase shared understanding of our compensation programmes.

More about you

    • At least 5 years of experience (can go up to 8 years) in the compensation field at a multinational company or consulting firm with exposure to global compensation
    • Bachelor's' degree in HR, Finance or a related discipline
    • Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) and preferably experience with Workday or a similar HRIS system
    • An eye for business, and qualitative and quantitative analytics expertise
    • A stellar ability to process data to support decision-making
    • A proclivity to handle matters in a confidential and discrete manner.
