Business Systems Analyst II (CDMX, GDL, MTY)

Serves as liaison between end users and development during the initial phase of product creation. Define the system and functional requirements of the product. Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Using development specification, creates detailed use cases. Assesses available technologies and recommends solutions to development team. May play a   key role in the training of customer and technical support personnel.

Activities

• Meet with end users to understand business processes.
• Gather and document functional, system, and data requirements.
• Create detailed technical specifications and data models for development of new or modifications to existing products.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and all target requirements are met.
• Perform Quality Assurance Testing and analyze results testing to ensure product solution matches the documented business needs.
