This role is ideal for you if you're someone who wants to build a future for university relations & engagement charter in India. What you'll do

    • Build a multi-year university relations engagement model that leads to win-win outcomes.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams such as talent brand, business, recruiting delivery, etc. on implementation of strategies specific to student and academic communities.
    • Use data and analytics to share a powerful narrative with important partners on progress, outcomes and risks.
    • Manage relationships and events at targeted schools, organisations and conferences.

Your background

    • 5+ years experience in programs within the university relations space with a long-term vision towards driving win-win outcomes. We are looking for examples around research and innovation collaborations, improving outcomes for under-represented groups, multi-year student journey programs, etc.
    • Work well on a team and are excited to contribute to all aspects of the student and academic communities' experience.
    • Inspire a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, and positivity with partners, both internally and externally.
