The Specialist II will oversee physical security efficiencies to advance capabilities of overall Global Security program development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex security programs, possess subject matter expertise, and can leverage a robust network of relationships to help build a resilient Global Security organization capable of changing with and adapting to constant evolution. This role will help lead cross functional teams to deliver efficient and effective security solutions based on data driven analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in development/management of a security services program that leverages technology and data to optimize security operations across the organization.
Oversee a comprehensive corporate security program that may include but not limited to event security, training, badging, visitor management, and lost and found services.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure that the security program is integrated with other business functions.
Create standards, KPIs, and SLAs by extrapolating important metrics from system data. Create easily digestible weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports that show value-added support for security and business partner directives and requirements.
Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that the security program is delivered effectively and efficiently.
Support measuring the effectiveness of a security budget, including developing cost estimates for security services and equipment.
Create, maintain, and provide stewardship for physical security protocols, standard operating procedures, and other vital documentation.
Coordinate and oversee the activities of security personnel and contractors involved in project execution.
Provide guidance and training to employees and service providers on security policies and procedures.
What you must have:
5+ years of experience managing security programs or shared services.
Knowledge of security principles, practices, technologies and operational efficiencies
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Experience in systems data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

CPP or PMP professional designation
Bachelor's degree in security management, computer science, or a related field.
The salary range for this position is $87,800 - 129,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
