You are an engineering manager with a background in developing e-commerce experiences for SMB and Enterprise companies. Here, you'll work across multiple crafts to optimize the Atlassian fly-wheel and guide our customers into the right products to solve their collaboration challenges.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead multiple engineering teams to develop and improve sign-up and purchasing experiences for Atlassian products, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
• Act as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within your teams, promoting an open and inclusive culture that celebrates the unique perspectives and talents of each team member.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as product management, design, and data science, to define and execute on product roadmaps and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Drive, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Support your team members in their personal and professional growth by providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations across the organization.
• Monitor and manage team performance, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation.

Your background

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in engineering management roles.
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and lead technical decision making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, design, and data science partners.

CompensationAt Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $161,200 - $247,300Zone B: $145,100 - $222,600Zone C: $133,800 - $205,300Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience.
