Main Purpose of Job
Support resource to Engagement team in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements /projects. Focus on the delivery of client engagements. Understands how daily tasks contributes to the priorities of the business. Understand the firm’s purpose & values and explores opportunities for impact.

- Strategic Impact Support the implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise
- Budgets / Profitability - Resource engagement teams with suitable talent, balancing correct levels and numbers and recruiting as necessary

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Ability to advise client on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals, enable effective decision making and response, and monitor regulatory compliance
- Business Process Assessment and Design - Ability to design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value-adding business outcomes
- Internal Controls Assessment and Design - Ability to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirements
- Data Analytics and Technology- Ability to interpret business analyses to identify underlying issues, patterns and relationships, and make data-driven targeted recommendations
- Knows the Business and the Industry - Ability to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices

· Specialized Technical Capabilities
- Ability to support development and implementation of detective, preventive, and predictive programs.
- Supports the assessment and development of Security Operation Centers (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems by identifying and sharing leading practices and designing enabling tools
- Collects and analyzes relevant client data to enable targeted assessments of the client’s cyber threat landscape
- Creates dashboards, tools, and reporting systems to translate event data into meaningful and actionable insights.

Qualifications
Required
Technology related Degree/Diploma
One years' experience within the function if qualification is ND. Newly graduated if qualification is degree.
Preferred
Two years’ experience within the function
Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
May require knowledge in a specific technology related to role
Bachelor / Honours Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
Additional Information
Experience in Security Operations Centre is preferred.
