This role will report to the VP of Operations and requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and high technical aptitude. This team member will juggle multiple high-priority requests while interfacing professionally with internal stakeholders and candidates externally. Your primary mission is to support the process of sourcing technical and non-technical requisitions that we have open at any given time. You will own the administrative aspects of the candidate life cycle. Your positive attitude and behind the scenes efforts will make the candidate experience at Trail of Bits exceptional. You will support a high volume recruiting team managing all interview logistics, candidate experience, and assisting in the operations of the recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Create and exceptional experience for all candidates and team members throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and outline qualifications for the role(s) to be filled; draft job descriptions for approval.
- Own and maintain our applicant tracking system Lever to ensure we are taking advantage of every efficiency.
- Own the interview scheduling process including phone screens, virtual interviews and debrief sessions.
- Manage and organize all candidate data including signed offers and agreements.Ensure a strong candidate experience as the top priority is maintained.
- Generate all offer letters for approval.
- Liaise with people operations and IT at the time of hire communicating start dates and all relevant information for hand off to onboarding.
- Identify and implement operational process improvements within the recruiting team.
- Support summer and winter intern programs and events.
- Plan and support recruiting events.
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience independently managing the administrative aspects of the recruiting cycle
- Google and calendly calendar management experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Lever experience desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a role requiring extensive customer interactionExcellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
